We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Technical Support & Repair Technician to take responsibility for the technical support, repair, maintenance, and configuration of our Toshiba Tec barcode printer portfolio, while also supporting repair and technical service requirements across the wider Instacom and GoRugged hardware portfolio. The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical specialist for Toshiba barcode printing solutions and will also provide technical repair, troubleshooting, installations, and customer support across various enterprise hardware devices including barcode scanners, rugged devices, tablets, mobile computers, and communication hardware. This is a highly technical, hands-on role requiring strong troubleshooting ability, hardware repair experience, and a solid understanding of enterprise mobility and Auto ID technologies.
